Viewing and Saving the Document

The Dietary Programs are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view these documents you need the Adobe™ Acrobat Reader. This software will enable you to view and print the Dietary Programs on your computer. If this software is not currently available on your computer, you may download it, free of charge, from the Adobe Web Site.

In most cases, if your browser has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you should be able to click on a file's link to make the file open directly in the browser window. If, however, you experience difficulty using this method, you can instead download the file to your computer's hard drive. Do this by right-clicking on the file's link (on Macintosh systems, press the Control key while clicking) and then choosing "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." from the ensuing pop-up menu. After the download has been completed, open the file using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Printing the Document

PDF documents are easy to print. Using the print dialogue box in Acrobat Reader you can choose to print the whole document or any selected pages within the document.
